If something is wrong with the order

If a part arrives damaged, is faulty, is not what you ordered, or does not fit, we replace it free. Email us with your order number, your aircraft model and generation, and a photo or two, and we will make it right. We cover the shipping, and in most cases we will not need the original part back.

The one exception is choosing the wrong pole mount style. The comparison photos sit in the selector on the product page for exactly that reason, and if you are unsure you can send us a photo before you order and we will confirm it.

If you simply do not want it

Get in touch and we will sort it out case by case. As a rule we are looking for the part unused and in its original condition, with return shipping at your cost. Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order.

What we cannot take back

Paint protection film that has been applied, or removed from its backing, cannot be returned. Once it is off the liner it cannot be reused. If PPF arrives damaged, or the pre-cut shape does not match your aircraft, that falls under the first section above.

Timing

Tell us within 30 days of delivery. If it has been longer than that, get in touch anyway. We would rather hear from you than not.
