These terms apply to every order placed through cirrus3dprints.com. Please read them before you buy.
01Acceptance of Terms
Cirrus3DPrints is a trading name of Longbow Development Ltd. In these Terms, “Cirrus3DPrints”, “we” and “us” mean Longbow Development Ltd.
By purchasing a product from Cirrus3DPrints, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Sale & Product Use.
These Terms apply to the purchase, installation, possession, and use of products sold by Cirrus3DPrints.
02Aftermarket Products
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cirrus3DPrints products are aftermarket accessories.
References to aircraft manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, trademarks, model names, part numbers, or other products are used solely to identify compatibility or intended application.
Cirrus3DPrints is an independent aftermarket product provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by Cirrus Aircraft, SpaceX, Starlink, or any other manufacturer referenced on this website unless expressly stated otherwise.
03Purchaser Responsibility
The purchaser, owner, operator, and/or installer is responsible for determining whether each product is appropriate and suitable for its intended application and for proper installation, fitment, inspection, maintenance, and use.
Before use, the purchaser is responsible for verifying that the product is properly installed, properly fitted, undamaged, and secure.
The purchaser is responsible for discontinuing use if a product becomes damaged, excessively worn, deteriorated, loose, improperly fitted, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.
Where Cirrus3DPrints provides warnings, specifications, installation information, or other product guidance, the purchaser and/or installer is responsible for reviewing and following that information.
04Aircraft and Aviation Applications
Unless expressly represented otherwise in writing by Cirrus3DPrints, products sold for installation or use in or around aircraft are aftermarket accessories and are not represented as FAA-approved, FAA-certified, or approved aircraft replacement components.
The purchaser, aircraft owner, operator, installer, and pilot in command are responsible for determining whether installation and use of a product are appropriate and permissible for the particular aircraft and operation.
Installation or use of a Cirrus3DPrints product does not transfer the responsibilities of the aircraft owner, operator, installer, or pilot in command to Cirrus3DPrints.
05Assumption of Risk
The purchaser acknowledges that aftermarket accessories may be subject to risks associated with installation, fitment, vibration, movement, turbulence, temperature changes, environmental conditions, wear, deterioration, misuse, modification, component failure, attachment failure, and failure to properly inspect or maintain the product.
By purchasing, installing, or using a product, the purchaser knowingly and voluntarily accepts and assumes the risks ordinarily associated with the installation and use of that product.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
06Improper Installation, Misuse and Modification
Cirrus3DPrints is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, improper fitment, misuse, unauthorized modification, use of incorrect or substituted hardware, use outside the product's intended application, failure to perform reasonable inspection, failure to follow warnings or product guidance provided by Cirrus3DPrints, or continued use after damage, deterioration, loosening, excessive wear, or improper fit becomes known or reasonably apparent.
07Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED BY CIRRUS3DPRINTS, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CIRRUS3DPRINTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION, PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, RECOMMENDATION, OR ADVICE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY EXCEPT FOR AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED AS A WARRANTY BY CIRRUS3DPRINTS.
08Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CIRRUS3DPRINTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, MODIFICATION, FAILURE, DETACHMENT, OR REMOVAL OF A PRODUCT.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT COSTS, AND OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSSES.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY UPON WHICH A CLAIM IS BASED.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
09Manufacturer and Trademark References
Cirrus Aircraft, Starlink, SpaceX, and all other trademarks, product names, aircraft names, and manufacturer names referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
References to these names are for compatibility, identification, and descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, certification, approval, or affiliation.
10Governing Law
These Terms of Sale & Product Use shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12Changes to Terms
Cirrus3DPrints may revise these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to a purchase is the version presented to and accepted by the purchaser at the time the order is placed.
